Honest, experienced, kind, firm, dedicated,... persistent, Marlene Ruttenberg definitely checks all the boxes and she definitely used her skill set and extremely equipped tool box to get my house sold. The sale of my house had a little bit of everything (don't they all) including a couple moments where I thought the deal was going to fall out of escrow and the sale wasn't going to happen. Marlene dealt with every moment with grace and professionalism. I never felt like she was unequipped or unfamiliar with the path we were on. Having someone who brings so much ability to the sale is very calming and as we all know buying and selling a home can be very stressful so this calm approach is priceless. She knew when to be patient and she also knew when to apply a little pressure. I would give myself 4 stars for my behavior during the transaction and Marlene knew just how to handle my emotions too.
