Pantea Fozouni

Palm Desert Law Group, APC

Pantea formed Palm Desert Law Group, APC specifically to focus on the needs of families with young children as well as small business owners. Prior to starting this firm, she saw too many instances where the all too common “one-size fits all” estate planning failed, leaving families in court and conflict for years. She also saw that there was a huge disconnect between attorneys practicing estate planning and those practicing business law, such that the complex needs of small business owners were never fully met. And she wanted to change that.

Pantea aims to bring back the “old-school” practice of lawyering where she can be a trusted source to guide her clients through the decisions they need to make to protect their families and businesses.

Pantea graduated from Seton Hall University, School of Law and from New York University, College of Arts and Sciences. After graduating from law school, Pantea served as Senior Associate at the Law Office of David Philipson, where she represented high-net-worth families and their businesses, before opening her own practice in the Coachella Valley.

Pantea is a dedicated member of her business community, serving as the Special Events Committee Chair of the Desert Estate Planning Council and an active member of the Women Leaders Forum of the Coachella Valley. During the summer months, she devotes a few weeks of her time serving as a camp counselor for her favorite organization, Camp to Belong, which reunites siblings who have been separated in the foster system for a fun (and often challenging!) week of memory building and family bonding.

Pantea lives in Palm Springs with her husband, her step-daughter, and their fur-baby, Ruby. She is licensed to practice law in California.

We had a great experience seeing Pantea at Palm... Desert Law Group! From the very beginning, her team did a phenomenal job at scheduling us in, following up with us and preparing us for our first meeting. When we got to the office for our first appointment, they were all prepared for us and welcomed us in. They had everything we needed to make our appointment so comfortable and easy for us. From litte snacks, coffee and pen and paper for us to take notes! During our meeting, Pantea explained everything to us, she was so patient and detailed and was very prepared for us. She answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations on what to do next for our Estate Planning. We are so looking forward on working with her and her team for this big decision we are making for our family! 100% Recommend Palm Desert Law Group!read more

I attended an estate planning webinar that Palm... Desert Law Group offered last month and then attended a one on one consult with Pantea. I went into my consult really feeling confused about how to move forward with my family's affairs and she helped to give me clarity and understanding on how estate planning works and what that would look like for my family in the future. I love the fact that this is a small business, their pricing is very straightforward and reasonable with no pressure. Her office staff is very helpful and responsive to emails and calls. I will definitely be patronizing this business in the future when it comes time to do my estate planning and would recommend Pantea and her team to anyone looking for help with family estate planning.read more
